* Behavioural questions: These questions are asked to know about past
actions to predict your future behaviour i.e. whether it suits his
organisational context. Describe only true incidents.
* Problem solving questions: These questions are nothing but puzzle in
order to assess your speed, logical thinking abilities and creativity.
Stay calm. There is no single answer for that question.
* Situational questions: These questions are asked to find out how you
will handle certain real time situations on the job. Describe a
relevant incident about how effectively you have dealt with the situation.
Also include any appreciation received from your superiors or clients in
this regard.
* Negative questions: These questions are asked to estimate your
strengths and weaknesses. Remain positive and honest while you answer these
questions. While answering, never try to fix a blame for your failure on
others. Try to convert your weakness into strength.
